About the Firm

Air ‘n Travel provides a new experience for travellers. We provide the highest quality, concierge travel for those discerning travellers who seek the most from their travel experience. We provide this outstanding service, while maintaining very competitive prices by eliminating costly store front offices, brochure stands, advertising and promotion, and employment costs. We provide personalised attention and low cost – we are owned and operated by principals who have more than 30 years each in the industry. We don’t employ trainees or junior staff. Our objective is to ensure that your business or holiday arrangements go off without a hitch and to be available to you when you need answers to your travel related questions.

Air ‘n Travel is a full service travel agency, with consultants based in Sydney and the Southern Highlands – and we service personal and corporate clients from all around Australia. We provide outstanding personalised service, knowledgeable advice with competitive prices. Many of our clients are premium travellers, with cruises, international air and accommodation and complex business travel arrangements demanding attention to detail and experience to source the most competitive and highest quality wholesalers and travel providers.

Meet Our Team

Shereen

Shereen has been assisting clients with their travel needs since 1980 and established Air ‘n Travel in 1999 after running the successful American Express office in Canberra. She has worked in group travel – assisting thousands of delegates with international conference attendances and conventions and even chartered a 747 from Sydney to Chicago for a plane load of aircraft enthusiasts! She has hundreds of loyal business and holiday clients who value her personal attention and genuine interest.

Shereen has lived abroad and travelled to more than 45 countries. She has experienced personalised tours through India, south-east Asia, Israel, Russia, South Africa, Eastern Europe, Turkey, and Morocco. She has done road trips and RV holidays through the USA, Canada and Europe, cruises throughout the globe and extensive travel throughout UK and Europe.

Shereen is honoured to have scores of loyal and repeat clients and dedicates herself to providing personal, friendly and efficient service across a range of travel needs. She covers all types of travel arrangements with a focus on cruises, personalised tours, family group travel and reunions, and corporate and luxury travel. She is always happy to help younger travellers with their first travel independent travel arrangements – many of whom have become long-term clients over many years.

HELENE

Helene brings a wealth of knowledge to the travel industry with over 38 years’ experience in the areas of cruising, luxury journeys, and airfares. Her experience of nearly four decades in the industry is testament to her passion for travel and provides a competitive advantage to both well-heeled travellers and new travellers seeking fabulous holidays for the best value.

Helene enjoys her daily interactions with both local and international clients and thrives on the challenge of finding solutions for people seeking the ultimate travel experience.

While her knowledge extends to all areas of travel, her passion lies in cruising. Helene was among Australia’s first group to complete the ‘Masters in Cruising” course through the International Cruising Council in 1999. Alongside her qualifications in cruising, Helene’s first-hand experience and knowledge is outstanding. She has travelled extensively around the world and also either visited or sailed on almost every cruise line in as many international waters as possible.

Helene enjoys sharing her cruising and years of holiday expertise to guide clients through the planning process of a luxurious experience.
